1. Remove all outer packaging.
2. Place the sealed pouch into a saucepan of boiling water and cover. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer.
3. Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes, gently shaking the pouch occasionally.
4. Discard any Mussels that are unopened after cooking.
5. Immediately serve into a preheated dish.
6. Serve with garnish and enjoy.
