1. Pat the Fish dry with a paper towel and season with Salt & Pepper. Lightly coat each Fillet in flour and shake off any excess.
2. In a separate pan, heat the Olive Oil on medium-high until hot. Add the Fish to the hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn over the Fillets and reduce the heat to medium.
3. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
4. Transfer the Fillets to a hot plate and squeeze the Lemon juice over.
5. Garnish with Parsley & serve.
