700g Scallops

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp finely chopped fresh Parsley

Squeeze Lemon juice

Extra Large Roeless Scallops

1. Defrost the Scallops as per the packaging instructions. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

2. Place the Scallops in a mixing bowl and mix with the Olive Oil, crushed Garlic & chopped fresh Parsley.

3. Heat a large frying pan until it’s extremely hot. Just before cooking, lower the heat.

4. Place the prepared Scallops in the hot pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes on both sides, or until cooked thoroughly.

5. Serve at once with a squeeze of Lemon juice.
