1. Season the Bread with Salt & Pepper and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2. Place the Bread on a griddle pan and cook until golden and crisp. Once cooked, place to one side.
3. Meanwhile, place the Squid Tubes into a pan and again, season with Salt & Pepper. Cook from approximately for 2-3 minutes.
4. Once cooked, add the cooked Squid Tubes on top of the Brushcetta.
5. Accompany with any dressings of your choice, we recommend chopped Chillies, Parsley & Balsamic Vinegar.
