The final day of Seafood Week has sadly come upon us, and to mark the end of our favourite week of the year we’ve chosen Lemon Sole. It’s known for its sweet and delicate flavour and oval body shape, as well as working seamlessly with creamy white wine sauces. Lemon Sole is available all year round and is especially popular around the Christmas period.

We have the perfect Lemon Sole recipe featuring a creamy cheese sauce for you to try on the final day of Seafood Week 2017. Or if you’d rather take a test with an easier and quicker recipe – simply buy Lemon Sole Fillets; wrap in foil, add Butter and Cumin and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, garnish with a helping of fresh Coriander and Lemon juice.
