Latin Name: Octopus vulgaris

Although many deem cooking Octopus as a daunting task at first, there’s a reason why this is one of the world’s favourite dishes. It holds a delicate, distinctive taste that can be enjoyed in a number of different and unique ways. Accompanying Octopus with Langoustines, in a Salad or in a Seafood Risotto are some of the many ways to enjoy this distinguishing food.
